OVEN MOD. FESTIVAL


Festival is a professional traditional pizza oven. The Festival is the ideal oven for parties, food events, catering or your mobile pizzeria. The oven can even be installed on your trailer or truck.
It is completely insulated and the outer structure is in stainless steel. It does not require any additional finishing.

  • The oven is assembled on our premises by specialist staff, and delivered to you ready for use The oven comes on a pallet, and can be moved using a fork-lift truck or crane (on request it can be fitted with a hook for lifting) and/or simply moved manually.
  • Festival oven is intended for wood-fuelled cooking. On your request, it can also be fitted with burners and fuelled with gas.

    Universal is completely insulated and cladd in stainless steel and/or copper front panels.
    To better meet our customers’ requirements, the oven can be entirely clad in copper on request.
    It therefore does not require any additional finishing.

  • Assembled at our factory by specialized staff, the oven arrives ready to use in your restaurant.
  • After positioning, the only preparation prior to use is connecting the flue.
  • The palletized structure can be moved with a forklift truck and simple manual pallet truck
  • To accommodate these ovens, the entrance doorway must be large enough for the size of your chosen model
  • Universal oven is intended for wood-fuelled cooking. On your request, it can also be fitted with burners and fuelled with gas.
